Italy is full to the brim with a large range of different cultural traditions and customs. This is because the country did not unify until 1861; late in European standards. Today as travelers move throughout the countries regions it is easy to notice a change in food, behavior and dialect. It also means that a lot of traditions can be tracked back to the original region of its creation.

Art and architect is the most prominent culture influence throughout Italy. The country has been home to some of the most famous artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Botticelli and their masterpieces can be seen in museums. Ancient and modern structures also cover the country, creating exciting and impressive cities and towns to explore. Some famous structures include The Learning Tower of Pisa, the Sistine chapel and the Colosseum.

Italians take great pride in their appearance, with fashion playing an important role in everyday life. Italy has long produced high end fashion and leading fashion designers. Gucci, Prada and Valentino are amongst the biggest names in fashion today and all are Italian brands with fashion house in Italy. Italy clothing and Italian leather goods are known around the world as being reliable and good value for money brands.
