Bruschetta

One of the most exciting things to experience in Italy is the cuisine. Dishes vary from region to region depending on what local produce is available. Cheese and wine are popular and eaten with most meals throughout the whole country, along with the nationwide love for espresso coffee. Coffee bars are common in cities and towns where customers can walk in, order and espresso, drink then leave, all without sitting down. Of course pizza and pasta are easily found on most menus and a favorites with the locals. Most Italian dishes are made with 8 or less ingredients, with the emphasis on the quality, not the quantity.
