Australia BROOME

Cable Beach sunset

Out in the vast Western Australia landscape which sometimes feels like the middle of nowhere, is a town which demands to be heard. Broome is located on the coast in the state of Kimberly and was developed as a pearling town in 1880. It is now a popular destination as a gate way to the sand dunes, mountain ranges, tropical grasslands and white sand beaches scattered through the Kimberly region. Cable Beach is 22.5km long and situated 7km from the town center. It is the perfect place to spend the hot dry days and chances are that most of the town will be joining you.
